How many hours of sleep do you usually get a night? Is it enough?
On average I would say I sleep 5-6 hours per night. While it does me for the time being, I'd always like to get more. I love my sleep, but with two active kids at home, once of which still wakes up in the middle of the night, and a husband who talks in his sleep, it can be difficult to get a full nights' sleep.
I always say there are never enough hours in a day ;o)
Do you consider yourself a good driver? How many tickets have you received? What were they for?
I consider myself an excellent driver. I prefer not to do more than 10 over the speed limit, if I speed, I always use my turn signal, and wear my seat belt. I've never caused any major accidents, though there was once where my foot slipped off my brake and I bumped into the person in front of me in a turning lane. I pulled over and apologized profusely, asked if they were ok, and offered to repair any damages I had done...even though there was no damage and it scared me more than anything. I'm even a stickler for leaving behind a note if I ding someone's car with my vehicle door, offering to pay for damages and just letting them know I was sorry for my lack of attention.
I've never received a ticket since I started driving 12 years ago. I'm very proud of that!
What was your Saturday morning routine like when you were a kid? What's it like now?
I always used to get up and watch Saturday morning cartoons in the dark (during winter, anyways) while eating a bowl of cereal or oatmeal.
Now I get up and play with the kids, get them fed, then figure out what I'm doing for the day. It bums me out that there aren't anymore Saturday morning cartoons, and that they are actually on all the time.
What makes you nervous? How do you react when you get nervous?
There are many different kinds of nervous...
For example:
There's the slow the f*** down while your driving with the kids in the vehicle honey! kind of nervous
There's the Honey don't run with sharp object or climb what isn't supposed to be climbed! kind of nervous
There's the Oh s*** I'm late! nervous
The I hope this plane doesn't crash while I'm on it kind of nervous
How about the I'm going for an interview today kinda of nervous
I usually react with humor. If I can't do humor I clam up and go to my happy place...
What was the last thing you tried hard at, but failed anyway?
Keeping myself employed! LOL
Seriously though, maybe my next job will be what I hoped it would be.
It might not be in the holiday spirit, but we want to know anyway: What's the best present you received this year?
My aunt bought me an External Hard Drive. I've been pining for one for months, since my last hard drive crashed and took my 900+ photos with it. I can't wait to start using it!!
My second fav gift of the year was An Updated Modern Encyclopedia of Body Building by Arnold Schwarzenegger (my hero). I got some big love this holiday season!
What’s on your “to-do” list to prepare for the holidays? How will you use technology to help you get everything done?

Well, usually it really helps with planning who's going where, and keeping track of any packages I may have shipped out. It also really helps me out with the yearly letters I do up for family members. This year I needed to do up a list of names and do a draw so we knew who was going to be buying for whom. There's always plenty of the to do list when you're expecting large numbers for the holidays.Gotta start buying foods at the beginning of the month, if not earlier, or at the very least making sure there's enough in the budget for all those little things you'll need.
What’s the perfect gift to give to the person who has everything?

Something home made, that you yourself put effort into. Each holiday season I'm one of those folks who enjoys making matching hats, mitts, and scarves for those folk whom I have no idea what to give. Regardless of whether or not they use them, I keep making them, and let them know that I care by showing the effort.
Have you ever returned an item to a store for a refund after having used it?
I am horrible for shoppers guilt, and subsequent returns at the stores where I shop. I probably have more than once, but when I've used it I try to only do it if it's broken.
Have you ever had a premonition? Did you heed it?
Submitted by aynge.
I've had plenty of times where I feel I've done something before, like deja vu. Lots of times I'll have dreamed a certain situation, and only remember bits and pieces of it. Only enough to know that I dreamed it and that I remember dreaming. I also have this fabulous thing called intuition, LOL
As for heeding it, I guess so. When my intuition raises my red flags, or if my kids aren't comfortable (kids are great for things like that) I back out.
